As a resident of Abacus I consider it a basic right to be allowed to sleep at night. There seems to be no let up from noise from the Spotted Dog and it continues until 5am the following morning when there is a function. Not just music but shouting and the launching of large fireworks. The worst thing is this can sometimes be Sunday going into Monday when I have to be up for work at 6am.

Keep the small live music pubs alive.
Small local bands need this type of place to play and learn there trade.
As well as entertain the general public.
Birmingham has a good past when it comes to bands if this type of pub/venue
Disappear so will the bands and live music.
